T1Rs are Proxes Sam. They come in either T1R & T1S. R Variant being a slightly newer design with a harder side wall & different tread patern.
I've had both and prefer the Rs.

apparaltly there is a new tyre out.....called Proxy4 or something silimar...was told it was release only afew weeks back....

Not heard of it M8. You won't go far wrong with the T1Rs, excellent in the dry and almost as impressive in the wet. There always seems to be some good wheel/Tyre packages about including them.

Any decent vendor will keep you right.The STIs after 2005 have a different stud pattern though 114pcd which changed from 100pcd.

yep they sure did, and mine is a 114pcd pattern. I am going to wait a little longer to see what new wheels come out!!

Thanks for all the input....
Keith did not have the Gunmetal in Stock...so i bought them from Scooby Parts...along side a Carbon Fibre Strut Brace...
There at 9am tommrow to collect...
