so congrats on the shoot, you now have a super model in your stable and hope the pics turn out spectacular.
maybe Subaru will change there policy on the hothatch gen after seeing these pics, the original formula is always best 22B was the peak.
BUDA
was yours the one with the bodykit, bling gold/silver wheels etc?

sorry but i personally think you ruined the car. good workmanship, but ive got that copy upstairs and thought "omg" when i saw it.

each to their own though

Yeah thats mine, i just wanted something completely different, but got carried away, it suited a purpose at the time and i didint realy mind butchering a LTD car, being that subaru bring out so many of them, and have failed ever since the P1 which is what i want to buy very soon, (I PROMISE! not to molest this car, Scouts Honour) since the feature i have stripped the WR1 if you can call it that now, and put a new 150+ db sound system changed the colour to porsche slate grey changed the wheels to 19" Khan RCs dropped it another 1/2" and cambered the rear, and de-spoliered/ de-carboned it, i have also put in an APS front mount, APS ar55 turbo and had it re-mapped to 423BHP and 415 NM so i am very happy with it, hoping to get a another feature as soon as i have couple of things tied up in the inside (re-trim).

like i said each to their own, but my opinion is its not a car to launch a daft heavy sound system in it, nor 19" blingers or lower it to the point it handles atrosiously. sorry, but the wr1 was a special car to be left unmolested bodywork wise. why not just buy a standard sti for less money if your gonna change the paintwork for heavens sake. you said yourself, they made too many, so i cant seem to justify the extra expense you have shelled out for something you will start from scratch with.

all imho

You think i would have learnt by now, but the MAX bug has got me good.
when the car is completely finished it will be stored away @
(Osaka Autodesign) in Cardiff and only taken out for shows/Demos etc.
im glad this is not my main car, because i would truly be screwed, as you are right the handling isnt very good with all that weight in and with it being de-spoilered, corners are a major concern.
what can i say by my own omission im a d**khead for ruining the WR1 and wish i didnt touch it in the first place, but what can you do, when i get a P1 (hopfully) im not gonna touch it and will still have a show peice stored away

they've gone back to sealed bags as well, which stops me from buying any mag if I can't at least see whats in it. . . .

circulation of all magazines has gone way down, because you can get more info off the net nowadays. . . .

why pay £5 for a mag with 6 photo's and a write up when you can visit a forum and read a thread with the full build-up (eg frayz excellent thread) where there's pages upon pages upon pages and you can actually join the thread!
