I think it would look good with no spoiler and a sport bonnet.. but that would be too boring. it has taken me a while to come around to the colour

give me a ring tomorrow and I will get the cans on it before I travel home

Simon
I quite like the colour, fancy a swap?

i'll give you a ring or drop you a txt around mid-dayish to work it out, assuming you'll be around Newbridge your only 5 mins down the road.

Nice one

Mike.

Big Thanks to both Si (JGM) for mapping and to Andy at ACE for all the build work, use of his work shop and general support through the project.

Unfortuantly my Clutch isn't up to the job it started slipping during mapping in 5th and 6th gear
and we also think there is a problem with Samco inlet hose being stuck shut when high in the rev range (at around 7Krpm)....so a few issues to sort and maybe a bit more to come from it then

But i'm very happy and the clutch isn't bad enough so it needs changing just yet so hopefully will last a couple of months so i can save for an Exedy Twin Plate.
Good to hear the cars running well Dean. What boost pressure did Simon map your car to on normal fuel and is it common for the samco hose on suck closed with your turbo setup?.

About 1.4bar on normal fuel and 1.6bar on the meth/NF mix....

Not sure if it common mate, AFAIK i'm the only person in the UK with this turbo at the mo, but JGM did say he has had the problem before even with Turbo's smaller the mine.

Watch this space! Jarvis (Scooby 401) is looking into organising a rolling road day @ Powerstation, possibly with magazine coverage too. Hopefully mid June/July.

He'll be posting up soon to guage interest. Should be a great club day out, much the same as the last one a few years ago.

No problem, i'm just happy it all went well for everyone and that my car was ready in time.

The Gruppe-S headers have really changed the sound of my car, sound like a motorbike now at high revs and the waste gate on the new turbo is great i can't even hear my dump vavle anymore it's so loud .

I think a Powerstation Day would be great fella. July Probably best as I think thats the quieter month.

Sorted the Anti-Lag myself this morning, soldered the wire for the switch on properly and it worked straight away.
Also had another run with the DET CANS with JGM today to check it over as i was seeing a green light on my DET Alarm last night, but it's all fine just engine noise

Si had his "POPS & BANGS" taken out aswell today as it was too loud for him.

Red was very happy with his yesterday 341bhp

Well what can i say, Simon is the man!!!!

Car feels like it did the day i picked it up, what i mean is, the power is going to take some getting used to!!

We had trouble with power runs because of traffic but the first was 289BHP and 369lft and the second was 299BHP and 364lft so its there or there abouts!!! It goes like hell.

Thanks again to Si and Dean
