My opinion...
It was cold, full of bleeding chavs, there was very little track action and 50% of the 'show' area was just **** and filth. Fine for the 'lads' but absolutely crap if you happen to have your 13 yo daughter with you. The language coming from that 'Slapper Angels' thing was not what I'd want any kid to hear.
At least the tent next door had the decency to do things behind closed doors and out of the gaze and earshot of minors.
I really think that that particular section should have had age-restricted access.
Sorry if I sound like a prudish ****, just the way I felt on the day.
As for the T/A, certain drivers seemed to have trouble stringing together more than one lap without binning it, causing everything to grind to a halt for 20 mins at a time. Not fun when the ambient temp is hovering around 1 degree and it's snowing.
Sorry if I wasn't my usual self guys, but I think I'll give this a miss next time. £60 for the equivalent of popping to McD's on a Sunday night.
On a cheerier note, P642 BUB WON the club class of Time Attack!
