...Ist it possible to get done for accelerating to quickly within the speed limit? Ie for wreckless driving etc or not!?

depends if u spin a wheel up or not and if the friendly rozzer is having a good day or not. Driving without due care or reckless could be thrown at u in theory. Dad got a caution for reckless as he slightly spun a wheel pullin out an opening to take a gap (it was just the tyre scrabbling for grip a bit) I'm thinkin a scooby owner is more likely to get away with it than a nova/saxo owner
