You're actually more likely to be involved in an RTA while a driver is using their mobile.

as long as the aove statement isnt some sort of justification of drink driving, it wouldnt suprose me if both are true.

finalzero.... keep us informed if you here anything else. from personal experience, id like to know as much about what the outcome is as possible.

Define RTA? Scratching your paint is one thing, fatal RTA is another.
