Agreed.

The stunt comment was for the Lost Boys.

But, having been on site when when a couple guys BASE'd the Citigroup tower, I did laugh. Absolutely no regard for their own safety or anyone who may have to sort out their mess if it went wrong.

Only conclusion to draw is they didn't have wife's and children. If they did, then......

you would be surprrised how many of these people have wife and kids, done a few silly things in my time, and occasionally still do, one serious incident did occur, and yes it made me think . wont be freeclimbing again, thats for sure.
things do go wrong, but adrenaline is a powerfull hit, some people just can not live without some risk or fear in there lives, people love speed in the same way, you dont want to die, but you still put your foot down and go for it, why?
just a bigger buzz but with less chance of hurting anyone other than yourself.
next challenge, horeshoe buttress, thailand, march, multi pitch, but this time ropes, harness, rack.
thats if the plane lands in the right part of the runway me hopes.
married and kids who are well used to this stupidity now. selfish, yes. *****, possibly, happy, very.

Can't and wont knock your thoughts.

For me, having a kid seriously changed the way I acted with regards to heights. We've all done daft things that luckly get laughed about after. But I can't do it now. Its not something I decided, I just can't.

Being safe and getting a buzz.....

LOL - another 28days lurker here

Great site; I'm registered on there but am possibly too old/unfit to use some of the access methods!

Some really superb photographers and mentalists on that site!

lol....mine too!

What an absolute nutcase!

I work in the crane industry and often have to scale tall buildings/structures, I've never felt the need to do that!

LOL, that is the stupidest thing I've ever seen - one thing going up there - another to do pull ups! What a ****!

Couldn't watch it all either Dazza, hands are soaking to.

Found out I'm not good with heights climbing a mountain in Morrocco! That only had 50-100ft shear drops on paths carved into the mountain.
