To be honest i never intended to make this a charity benifiting idea , But im so glad that i have & thank you all for supporting me fully
Q... Is there anyone who feels i will not reach 19 Stone by August ?

No question of you not doing it, you are showing great determination and all this support can only be spurring you on. It also helps that you have set a realistic target that should take into account any new muscle weight due to all the regular exercise.
P.S. I must add at this point...
You do realise that once the weight has come off, if you put it back on again, we'll all want a refund.

2lb is still 2lb less mate. So don't worry. You knew it would get harder as you lost more so it's still all good mate. Think positive only another 2lb & that's 3 stone gone.

Well Done Tiny I have NO doubt that you WILL acheive your goal.
Please don't be discouraged by only losing small amounts each week
as losing a little is better than losing none or gaining and like i said to you before you will be building muscle which weighs more than fat.
You are doing EXTREMELY well so keep going hun

Yep feel alot different , Really good & enjoying every minute of it
Love going clothes shopping now
Before i was limited to High & Mighty , Or the Fatboys shop on the A127 2XL To 8XL Now im able to squeeze into a few XXL Items in Normal Clothes shops .
Still doing lots of excercise as well , Badminton 2 times a week , The other nights i do a 4 mile bike ride in 20 mins , With 20 sit ups each night thrown in for good measure
All going good
Still love the support from all of you

18St Mate im battling this week in week out to get to 19 !! One stone @ a time they say , It's getting harder to lose every week , But im still 110% Focused

Do not think i have mentioned my so supportive wife Karen yet have i ??
Without Mrs ESC @ my side none of this would be possible i promise you she has been so good to me
Though i was not impressed with the Chunky kit kat wrapper in the bin earlier
, She said it was lovely with a cup of tea !! ( One of my fave treats 
)
Karen prepares all my healthy meals & does all the shopping , My lunchbox everyday is all prepared all i really have to do is eat it !!
Without Karens help i would be nowhere near thre target that i'am now
