tiny doing well mate
here's my stats so far
25/1/08 :: scales didnt read (over 24 stone)
1/2/08 :: 22st 07lbs
8/2/08 :: 22st 03lbs
13/2/08 :: 21st 12lbs
Still not started any exercise yet (must start.....)
Tiny, I'm finding it hard to even eat a meal half the size I used to now, you the same?

Yes mate cannot eat as much now
But ...
Will be having a good go tommorow night , Mrs ESC Taking me out for a nice curry

Wahoo another 5lb gone !!!
Bleedin well over the moon with losing 5lb this week 
Not been as focused this week , Had a lovely meal out with Karen on Thursday night & Yellowvanman has been here most evenings ( New bathroom
) So my routine has not been as i liked , But still well pleased with the result
Big To Spally who twice this week has worked my butt of on the badminton court
I Believe it's starting to show now
