looks like i lost about 1.5stone in my first week
scales are even showing a reading now

The best way i have found to loose weight is to eat an all-day-breakfast sandwich from Sainsbury's.
After getting food poisioning from one i have managed to loose 1.6 stone
Not a nice way to do it though
