Its not just changing your eating habits but having the will power to say no after the first couple of months the cravings go.

Hope all goes ok.

Tiny, you will begin to start feeling better , your body is getting vitamins, nutrients & minerals that you wouldnt normally be topped up with. These will increase your vitality, hence why you feel better.

When I was 100% into body building I felt on a high all the time, like my whole body was buzzing.

Diet (the food we eat) is a major factor on how we feel due to how our body reacts to the food we eat.

Little snacks, a lot of the time is the key factor, your body gets time to digest the food rather then 3 big meals a day (after you've eaten a big meal you feel bloated and tired, this is cos your body is working overtime to digest your food)

I used to have 5-6 meals a day
- wholegrain cereal with some fresh fruit
- small jacket potatoe with tuna
- ham with salad (no salad cream or dresssings)
- couple of bits of fruit
- can of soup with wholegrain roll/bread

and the biggest contributor to actual loosing the lb's is CV (cardiovascular) exercise. (Swimming, cycling, jogging & rowing are the best for this)

Hark @ me, full of the info but a fat *******!!!!

Good luck mate and give me a call on the ol mobliy 2nite, wana chat

xxxx
