There is high caffine pills out there that give some of the effects but dont last long.
Try Maximuscle.

But personally you dont know what products work because they always say on the labels to use with a calorie contolled diet so the tablets might do jack s**t.

My new fave is some stewed steak from tesco (cant remember the name not john west though) about 40p a tin, over 40grams of protein, hardly any carbs, and about 1.1 gram of fat per 100 so works out at about just under 5 grams per tin. When you open the tin you usually see a bit of the fat at the top so just skim it. Lovely snack, makes a break from tuna. I went through the tuna stage but I cant stomach it now even though I used to mix it with chillis, chillic suace, worcester sauce etc etc

I only started back the gym a couple of week ago after long injury and I was sore for about a week it felt like a horse had kicked me in the chest, it's the sign of getting old...

I'm not quite getting this (off topic!) stuff about eating what you like and then taking a pill to make you burn it off. I know it is a can of worms, but if you are trying to build up muscle then skew the diet towards protein rather than chips, beer & pies? Seems mad to eat chips & pies and then hold yourself in 'second gear' revvin' up to get it off?
When I did my gym phase it used to be protein shakes and lots of good meat (not cheap abused stuff!) and minimise the carbs. Guess some are combining losing a couple of stone quickly with packing up some muscle?
I'm 7 lbs down now, excercising a bit (and still dry since the 2nd ) but I've still gone for the Reductil as it seems to make more sense to not take it in rather than burn it off. I'll let you know what they are like when I pop one

Diesel, I dont agree with eating what you want and popping pills. With my weight loss I did change my diet to a healthier diet and also stopped missing meals (actually increased to 5 smaller meals a day), also did cardio 5 days a week, probably about 30 mins on avaerage. Anyone who thinks they can eat/drink what they want and pop a pill to lose weight is heading for disappointment.
I find though that they help me focus more, and give me the energy to exercise (I was over 19st when I started at 6ft 2 so I was classed as very obese even though I didnt look that heavy)

It depends on who's selling them and wether or not they trust the person they are going to sell them too because the ones I get are not 100% legal.
ask Around in the gym's and you might be pointed in the right direction.

I work as practice nurse and have used reductil/rimonabant/orlistat a lot - effects may not be dramatic but they can definately help. Probably missed a bit in the middle of this thread but did wherever you got them from give you details of manufacturer's support and information service - can be quite helpful. Haven't got the details on me but can get them if you want.
Also get your BP checked every couple of weeks or so - although have only come across 1 person whose BP was affected by it
Good luck

You're a nutter if you think piopping a few pills is going to do you any good long or short term.
Get off your ****, put in the effort and cut out the crap.

Mmmm I dont what to say about that? But I do agree to a degree but Like I said Previous I havent had any now for 9 months and I am losing it on my own back but some people dont know how to lose weight or have problems with it,Popping pills should be only a temp only but These big bodybuilders that compete in comp's put on loads of mass for muscle building then cut up for definition in the summer and without these pills I dont think most of them would compete so what Iam saying is everyone is different with different lifestyles so dont be to harsh to judge everyone.

I'm another pound down today due to diet and excercise alone and the pills have just arrived. In much the same way as I used to put octane booster in the Scoob to improve matters I'm doing the same with me till the end of the month. Feel a bit like a guinea pig but if it improves the wedding pix
