The key to a good brew is the amount of milk. I cant understand how people can drink milky tea. Should be a nice brown almost red colour so you can actually taste it and its still hot

Prefer pg tips to tetley myself and when I can be bothered I like a cappucini made with Illy coffee.

The type of water makes a big difference.
In parts where the water is hard, you need to put milk in late to avoid any nasty scaley bits. Where it's soft, you can do what you want.

I really like leaf tea made properly but it's a faff for everyday drinking.

For coffee, the only chain is Cafe Nero - one has just opened in Truro (2 miles away) - Woo hoo!
