Seems the thing he won't "view" is the telly itself!!

 

Its not exactly a portable item though is it? Transporting it to court may well have ended up with the TV damaged! Hence using photos and video evidence I suppose.

Well ..... I have in my hands a Judgement for Claimant in the FULL AMOUNT!

Currys trading as DSG Retail must pay the claimant forthwith, by order of the Court.

I cannot get excited as DSG Retail are old hands at this Small Claims lark, they will quite probably have something up their sleeve to wriggle and squirm?

However, that said, if there is a hearing they will not be seen as acting responsibly ...... or with a view to settle.

I reckon I have won my rights and they will have to refund me what the TV cost and my costs.

I await payment forthwith ........ we shall see ........
