sorry not been on or text you today been so busy getting the house ready to put up my Christmas Tree


right i think who ever is taking the presents over to martin house needs to do this in the morning unless we are giving se3mo them not sure whats happening i have the presents off mick c here at ours thanks mick. but thought we will need to start this about 12.00 from humber bridge car park not telling anymore on here till i have got together with lesley next week so i suggest 11.30 at squires but with it getting dark at 4 to 4.30 we need to start early ish especially if were planning sunday lunch too hopefully with lesley knowing the area she may know somewhere for us for sunday lunch will get things finallised, hope this helps claire

of course you can the more the merrier, the only thing is i bought a 7 foot huge tree last year and jim said that it was that big he thought squirrels were nesting its bloody huge it was only supposed to be 6 foot

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been on either, Mike's Dad died last week so between hospitals then funeral directors etc etc we haven't known if we were coming or going.

Anyway back to the Santa run, the route I've got planned out is approx 46 miles from start to finish. I can tell you it starts at the Humber Bridge car park.

Not sure if I'm allowed to tell you where it ends but I did try to consider where everyone would be coming from to make going home easy for everyone.

As for lunch somewhere, it depends on what time people were aiming to be at the start for. I've already allowed for a short stop off along the way for a photo oppertunity.

We also need to remember that it's a Sunday 2 weeks before Christmas when we do this and places might be fairly busy and may need booking to accomodate us all.

I can tell you that the final point could cater for a large group including kids BUT it closes at 4.30pm on a Sunday.

lesley how about next thiursday afternoon for the route tour and setting the questions let meknow if this is ok for you i am posting tonight for final numbers for selection boxes and stuff
