Se3mo (mark) has Spoken to Martin House they would love to receive presents for the children at Christmas but cannot allow us to come up with the cars this year as they are having a major refurb going on and the children have all be sent out to carrers within the community.

Martin house dosent re open until the 27/12/07 they would love us to bring the cars up a bit later in the year when the weather is a bit nicer for the children they hope that we would still bring pressies for the kids.

Mark would like to still go ahead with this and I agree. The staff would hand out te presents for us and then we can go up next year to see the children, maybe in the summer because the bikes do the Easter Run.

So maybe we could combine it with the December lunch but have it a week earlier.


Martin House is situated at Boston Spa ..... So does anyone have any suggestions where we could go for lunch afterwards. I thought if we get to Martin House for 1pm (giving everyone a lay in) and then go on for lunch somewhere for 1-30 - 2ish? So it needs to be somewhere that sort of distance. Also with it being so close to christmas we will have to book so please can we have numbers and suggestions as soon as

We'll go ahead with this then, I suggest that as we have quite a bit on in November and December that we use the date (whatever it is up there- the sunday) and then go onto Squires for a coffee if thats okay for everyone

Plan is for each member to buy a small present for a child and wrap it and then we will deliver them...

Come on guys a colouring book and pens in woolworths is only a couple of quid or a selection box... need to put a limit on it of no more than £5-00 so all the presents will be roughly same value.. you can buy more than one if you want but you arnt obligated to
