Forgot to add folks......please register your interest on the scoobynet site so we can get an idea of numbers..........we are also thinking about getting replica drivers names vinyls cut for this event......you know the thing...."McRae and the Scottish flag"...white vinyl, for both rear side windows, rally style as another tribute and to make the convoy itself self explanatory as it passes throught he towns and villages enroute....
If you are interested in attnding and want the stickers made up for your car, the price will be £5 per car for the pair.....please also mark your name if you wish to have the stickers ordered.....there will be a few spare sets, but to avoid disappointment please let me know ASAP......Murrays Cars have sponsored us £100 to get the stickers started, and ANY excess money will naturally be sent direct to the McRae families charity of choice............this IS NOT a money making scheme as most of you know me from organising the Lurgan Park event, and are well aware of my views...

You can join at any stage of the convoy, and partake in as much or as little as you want, thats why I have posted where we will be and when....I know there are time constraints, and cost constraints on some folk....SUL aint cheap LOL

Great job lads, im gona try and make it up to murray cars near cookstown to meet up with uz there and then hopefully complete the rest of the trip right round to sprucefield or bangor or that

I presume it would be alright for a member of the ISDC to go on this run if they wished to as it sounds like a good day out.
I would like to go myself if I can as I was at the Lurgan Park event and that was most enjoyable,

Must say damn good effort in memory of the Great Man
I know for sure that Colin regarded your backroads as one of the greatest challanges in rallying.
I personally will travel to Stranraer in the SW of Scotland on the day of your convoy and have a wee smoko as i think of what you guys are doing in memory of Colin
Plans are afoot for a national convoy from Lanark in Scotland, his home town, to Prodrive in Banbury. Hopefully with all parties agreed the convoy will take place around the end of Aug in 08. I will do everything i can to help you guys come over and join in the craic. Once evrything is in place i will post details on evry forum i can find to try and get the most amount of cars in one place at one time.
Looking forward to see the pics and videos of the convoy
