Haha cool take it hes running a screamer pipe then? i used to run a screamer pipe on my old set up sounded awesome but was abit to loud when on full boost just waiting for a copper to pull ya over lol.

lol he has, he's on the Starlet bbs as dje082 I think...I'm pretty sure he is running over 260bhp

His username isnt DJ EP off TGTT.com is it? from essex? ive read abit about this car on his member car thread off there, hes running a possible K26 Turbo kit as hes just had it mapped he said, and the K24 turbo wont run that sort of power so must have a K26 beast on it

yep that's him, he had it dynoed on sat and the rev limiter set up; 256\240 at the flywheel

not bad for a 1300

Yup mate shame about the lag on that turbo, its alittle on the laggy side but that turbo will see alot more BHP than that yet, you can make 300BHP with that turbo so should be exciting, hopefully ill see a figure around 220-240bhp, if i see similar torque as well ill be happy.

not been in it since its been mapped so can't comment, I know he also has a silly redline...not sure what it is now tho tbh

Updated - 23/11/2007

Right well heres another update for you, last time i posted a update i was fitting the turbo setup on and oil feed and oil return lines and sorted the fmic piping.

This time round its getting that bit closer im glad to say, im right near the end now waiting on one part which is very important and is highly annoying as i ordered it well over 2weeks ago and still no sign, that would be the Radiator ive ordered but anyways ive got afew quick pictures of where its up to.

Since i last posted ive added:

Custom Oil Cooler Setup WITH Oil Thermostat
Oil Temp Gauge all Wired up
Urban Racing 2.5inch Custom Front Section from downpipe to midpipe
Speedvision Custom Braided Water Lines for the TD04
Also added a switch on the dash to allow me to run the high flow radiator fan constantly for track days
All Vacuum lines for turbo and boost controller replaced with new and rerouted.

And also a general tidy up of the engine bay, let me know your thoughts

Many Thanks Guys and please let me know your thoughts, once the radiator arrives it will be fitted with custom brackets and then ill be once again back on the road, i just cant wait ive missed it so much!!!!

Loving the Starlets Nick , my own was a very competitive hillclimb car winning the first 3 events it competed in....
Below is one that I have worked on in the past , still stock engine.....!

Yeah i know steve mate, speak to him quite abit on MSN and on TGTT.com, shame he blew that thing up now, guessing hes gonna be coming back to you for mapping to max his TD04 out now hes got forgies?

I wont be making as higher power as him as hes running a 16g TD04 from what he told me, im only on a little 13g td04, i dont really wanna go to 1.1bar just yet, keep it to 1bar and keep on the safe side
