Recently I have been working with a company in Leicester who specialise in interior work, including audio installs, interior fabrication and trimwork called Plush Automotive www.plush-automotive.co.uk .

So I decided to have a bit of trimming done to the interior, starting with the headlining and pillar trims in genuine Alcantara.

Few pics..

I've also manufactured a new guage pod for my Defi's with them now angled toward the driver.

For those interested in the performance bit of my car, final mapping has had to be delayed until I fit a new gearbox....

Cheers chaps.

I have resisted the temptation to have anything else trimmed in my car for 2 reasons.

1. The cost
2. I'm saving that for the next project.

Been there with the flocking, and I didn't get on with it..

My job is too dusty, and the flocked gear was just a PITA to keep clean for me..

Have a look in project section Frayz.

BTW, I need to update this thread pretty soon to bring a bit of closure, but as is the case it still isn't finished properly yet..

I am new to Scoobynet, only having had my Spec C,for 4 months.
I spent a lot of time on the MLR,previously, due to the last few cars I have had.
There have been a lot of amazing builds,on the MLR,and your build is as good,or better, then any of those.
What an amazing car,you have created.
Look forward to seeing your next build.
Chris

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

what an amazing project!!!
Your patience and determination is astonishing!!!
You have ***** to have a completed car project and strip everything off from the engine bay for a respray.....

great modding with the fuse box and the water tank

The last 3 hours I read all 28 pages during working hours but it was time well spent!!!

Good luck with your new project although I would prefer to see this one 100% finished!

Odysseas

WOW. Cracking car and build in general. Spent most of the day reading this thread on and off while I should have been working. Brilliant.

Inspiriational stuff mate. Your a tallented builder. cant wait to see the progress unfold on the new build!

P.s. Please please dont cut up your white car. I'd use the blue shell for the next build!
