Had another good day @ Nounsley today

Only 12 Fish in total ( 7am - 6pm !! ) & I Had 6 Of those in the first hour

Really thought i was in for a stonking day & then it all went quite & then picked up around 4pm again

Best of the day was just a touch over 8llb

Gooner popped over for a while & pulled a few out as well


There is NO MATCH on Saturday , So it's fine to fish the Big lake

Seems to be a bit of a patern, good am, quite during the day, gets going again late afternoon into the evening.


How's work looking for Friday bigboy? How about a 3/4pm untill dusk?

Or can prob do Sat, but Sun is defo out for me Golf Comp am, and it would be pushing it a bit to then go fishing.

If anyone else is interested then please express a preference Sat / Sun, etc.

Yep sure does mate 7 - 8am was manic , The three guys fishing next to me were asking what bait i was using , I Promised Mrs ESC I would not be late home so had to pack up @ 6pm Just when the water was alive with fish

Im off all day tommorow so anytime really mate , Though if we are fishing Sat perhaps we could go & bash them little white ***** down a few more rabbit holes again

Tiny , it would be nice to see some pics of these fish , i suggest that a smaller person holds the fish and not you , then the fish will look a lot bigger to a smaller person. , im gonna try and come fishing with you lot at some point . Its just getting up early i dont like.. , I went fishing the other day in northampton and caught this lovely 21lb common of the top on dog biscuit. .and the lake i fish at..and a greedy little tecnh that took my bait band for a maggot .
