Was after the carp really, but didn't mind a big moggy. They come out all day normally, and go up to 55lb.
They lost a few fish (well 200+) a few weeks ago to some kind of oxygen starvation, and didn't have a touch the last time I went. There are still a lot in there, but they are very wary at the moment.

YVM & I Share alot of the same interests fishing , golf etc , But the main thing we enjoy most is

BANTER !!!!

We aint really that good @ fishing mate & where we go it's really easy to catch them

But WE ENJOY OURSELVES & @ the end of the day that's what it's all about

Trust me, I fish for carp quite a lot, and I would rather catch all day than sit waiting for 1 run that might be a pb. Once I am back from holiday, if you are going again, I wouldn't mind coming along to one of the fishing meets. And if there is an ESC golf day, I wouldn't mind that too.
