Good work Graham. I beleive this day will help me set my suspension up alot quicker at events, and maybe even get it right 1st time. It normally takes me 2-3 sessions until it 'feels right' which is when its quickest too.
Just hope I'm off work.
cheers

Hi Graham,
Cant commit to anything untill a confirmed date is annouced but if I can get there I will.
Is there any noise restrictions as my car is a race car and I know some tracks have a low db for non race days. Think it was 96db at combe last week.
Im not sure on how much set up gear curtis will bring but i do have my own moblie corner weight scales, turn plates, tracking bar and camber guage which I can bring and everyone is welcome to use.
Ive always set up my own car and it normally differs from what everyone tells me it should be but it would be interesting to see what the pro's reakon it should be!
look forward to seeing the dates
Steve Craig
Classic with full 3 way AST's, Rose jointed arms with full adj whiteline kit.

Curtis from Power Station will come to the track. As to how much he is hands-on i'm not sure, but his head and experience will be'available' to all AST users there.
I am sure he will have an excellent idea to where to start from with each car, flyweight Classic to Lardy New Age ( ).
The damping on a one way simple is actually simple to set, but where should the roll bar in the rear be set?
This track WILL show the real difference between the soft/med/hard holes on a Whitelind 22/24mm rear bar.
Throw a dccd into the equation and thing suddenly become '3 dimensional' and it gets tricky.
That will be the benefit of Curtis.
As I said almost at the start YOU will need to be able to differentiate between the changes made so Curtis can make a decision; tell him little and he can only guess what to try next.
Only the driver can judge.

OK: Some dates for this very busy track:
Maybe Sept 11th, a tuesday. I'm awaiting confirmation on this one. This is the whole day so we can take 10 cars.
Next available date is October 2nd or the 4th.
Please let me know on here asap what you all think.

I'll have to wait until I get back to work next Tuesday to check the plot, I've used most of my holidays already this year End of August would have been ideal, but as you say, its a busy track.

That's spooky..
A similar thing happened at work on a special program running and '911 randomly came up as a pass word....
Here's the spook:
Sorry, couldn't resist!

I have had a kind offer for Intercomp to join the day.
They make set-up equipment for race cars, and some of their gear is at Power Station.
Could be some demon stuff available trackside!
