i would of thought that the router would pick up the wireless on the xbox no problem. are you sure you have gone through the setup in your configuration on the xbox properly?

have you got anything else that is wireless connected to the router?

 

another thing Chris......does your router have a firewall config, where you may have blocked anything else coming in?

done about 70 laps today, dialling in the suspension.

returning pretty consistant sub 1:39 laps.

i think RB5 has got the spray gun out again.

you will all need shades on when viewing my new car lol

 

Badly, I have gone over all my setting time and time again and it still doesn't work. The dongle picks up the wireless network ok but it cant get an ip address. that sounds to me like my router rather than the xbox/dongle thing.

I haven't input my ppoe settings as it says not to if you are using a router.

I'm stuck

cant you use a cable??

i take it your xbox is nowhere near you router?? if it is you can just use a ethernet cable for the time being!! when i first got my consule i run it through the cable. Is the xbox being reckonised by your pc???

So how did it go?

 

loads of fun last night, played even though my thumb was bandaged, so couldn't feel the stick at all.... still gave the guys a run for their money on a few track, loads of drifting fun aswell, I went to bed at about 01:30, and Dazza and Mark were still going....

Didn't really happen, needs a bit more organising. Couple of people were unable to join the game.

Still had a blast around with RB5, dazza and Mark B4, until they turned the race into a demolition derby

If anyone also needs to buy the game sendit.com have it for £30.00.

 

You add the graphic on the main menu, next to 'buy upgrades' I think, it's in the menu where you can repaint the car a different colour etc...
