I wouldn't do anything to it on a std fuel pump I've seen std decatted Sti3/4 running lean due to lack of fuel and boost creep, they were making good power (but not for long)
With an uprated fuel pump you should be able to safely achieve IRO 320-330bhp, any further and you are running the turbo out of its efficiency zone. This will be obvious during mapping from airflow and wastegate duty data, no need to fit an air temp gauge if it is mapped correctly with an appropriate safety margin for your particular set up.
Some seem to love an interior full of gadgets and gauges, I personally hate it, it detracts from my driving pleasure ! Maybe I just see too much data in my day job
Theres not one extra gauge in my Spec C and thats running fairly highly tuned.
If you want to monitor anything I would have EGT and AFR and boost at the top of the priority list.
