are you sick of triers
mmmmm.....well I've owned a Turbo...stiV...elise 111s...... and they all are absolutely nowhere NEAR as fast as the Ferrari 360 I had the pleasure to try a few weeks ago from a very lucky friend. Maybe 0-40 the STi could mach it, or beat it on the wet, but after that it would be like it's standing still. Even around the bends. Unless it is seriously wet or the ferrari driver is seriously scared of rwd.

I think "girlyness" is spreading amongst the cossie owners.
When I met mikey R last month he wouldnt take the cossie out incase he found a damp bit of road!
Whos the girly now then eh!?
God, I know Im just going to regret that when he does take me out to see how it goes!!

MikeRs too old for it now...hence the excuses - doesnt have the reactions
Just dont look in my eyes - you'll see the fear!!!!

It's OK agreeing with Sunlip - i've done it (once in 790 posts)

As far as triers is concerned - I have five 30 limits on my commute - keep to 30 (selfish - don't want a speeding blister) - all the Muppets catch me then and tailgate me - doing 50 in a 30 to catch me mind you - makes them feel good, then I lose them again in the 60/windy bits, so repeat five times - all a bit sad really!!

Having noted posts on here over the last year and having spoken to several scooby owners it seems a common problem.
On the motorway everyone wants a race, so I just let them get on with it and try not to **** myself when I hear some bloke in the pub saying his 318 blew an Impreza turbo away.
On country roads, the only cars that have come close have been fellow scoobs and a Nissan pulsar!!!!!!
Just remember that there are quite a few cars out there that can leave a scoob for dead, so always weigh up your challenge first.
Having said that, why is it that everyone that cuts you up or pulls out of a junction,
resulting in heavy braking lots of swear words and a blast of the horn and 400W of light drives a BMW or a Ford?
