Doogsy

I can get to the M8 no probs. But where abouts on the M8? I want to get there quite early so I can have "MacD Fix". Can't really think of a place on the M8 that we can meet. You'll need to find a place for me that I can't possibly miss!

Cheers

Gordon

P.S. What's this about crashing into fans Doogsy?????????

Question

Ladies

Can we agree on meeting at South Queensferry McD's for 9am, leaving approx. 9.15am to saunter up to Star then?

This should give those meeting in Glasgow enough time to get through.

See y'all then

Chris
Sonic Blue MY00

PS Dave - d'ya want to meet up on the way to McD's?

I've never been to a R/R session before but would possibly like to come along aswell, even if its just for the drive down. Who's all going from the Aberdeen Area? and where and when are you meeting up?

skyline finished and ready to run at 1.5 bar boost
for anything around 500 bhp cant wait to see what it makes.

came up the M6 last night it was pulling 1.45 bar boost in
4th gear at 8000 revs and doing almost 150 MPH.

when you floor it in 2nd gear all 4 wheels spin
my last skyline had 453 BHP
but this one would just blow the old one away.

cant wait to get it on the dyno
see you all there next weekend.

nice one Keith
150mph in 4th feels so good
170mph in 5th feels good to (but then it was on my bike which is only 190kg)
so you win!

Doogsy

I'll try and meet you at the Showcase Cinema car park at 8:00 AM. Not sure how I'm going to get off the M8 to get into the carpark though .

Can you e-mail me your mobile number so I can phone you if I get lost? You can mail me off this board if you want.

T-uk

I've now got the Mongoose exhaust on as well as the induction kit. It sounds great now if I say so myself .

I just can't wait to see what it can do on the rollers.

I got it thanks. I will be heading straight home after the RR so if you can, could you lead us back into Glasgow, I'll be able to find my own way home from there.

Cheers

Thumbs up

Gordon I am gunning for P1 levels of torque and power. Is your car unmodded? You will make me very happy if I get anywhere near your car. I am sort of trying to do a P1 on the cheap. Euro import and cheapo mods (except PPP).

I would be interested in running my MY95 WRX RA but I'm slightly concerned about heat build up, especially intake temps with a top mount.
I have not seen the Star RR in action, can anyone tell me the procedure ie what is the duration of a power run ? Is there a BIG fan and does the blast reach the intercooler ?

thanks

star has a very good setup .
do you think that the lads with 500+bhp would trust anyone?
tried and tested.

all this coming from the comp.
so dont think you can do wrong (could do alot worse)
come along and look if you are happy have a run if not just look
