Was down at ECC ( East Coast Customs ) today and one of the fellas offered to let me take his UK spec 22b......WTF!!!!!!....was complimenting the car and he came over so did the natural thing and asked if he was going with us on saturday...he has to work and then turns round and says " but sure if you wanna take the car go ahead"...nearly fell off my seat..

Had to turn him down as if I broke it I would have to slit my wrists but what a nice offer....must have been the uniform LOL

Callaghans seemed a bit vague on both price and availability, didn't fancy driving all that way to return empty handed.

One of the lads of the site here straightend me out - still went for the Good Year F1's. Car feels and handles much better compared to running on the Bridgestone RE040's. Just taking a bit of time getting used to the look of the new tyres on the 17's - the wheels look a lot smaller in the arches, but the rolling radius in now closer to standard.

Think we are in around the 60 mark still, know for a fact that some have posted and wont be able to make it ie cally, and some will be there but without their car ie DMC1980, but hey any more than 2 or 3 scoobs in a row turns heads so tomorrow should be all good.....

Just a Quick Road report for you guys, obviously the traffic will be fairly busy on the route to the park due to the event! It will be made worse by the fact they are laying new water mains between Moira and Lurgan up the Belfast Road and the Avenue Road. The traffic has been a nitemare these last few days, so those coming in that way will more than likely hit a few delays due to the traffic lights on the works. I will be at the Avenue road gate camcorder primed ready for the convoys. Safe trip and see you all there, Daz please dont forget my Discs mate.
