Dont buy the P1 wheels cos they dont clean so good!
Buy some that have some decent laquer on them.I had gold Speedlines on my old car and never had a problem cleaning them but these OZ`s are a ******* and I`ve tried everything.
I dont let them go too long and have pollished them 3 times but it makes no difference.

Paul & Rich - thanks for the links. Rich - those wheels look huge - you sure they're to scale ?

Aaron,
Prodrive blamed the problem you mention on people using 3rd party cleaning solutions on them - apparently your only supposed to use soap and water with them.

This is quite ludicrous don't you think ?

Just a thought - does the P1 use the same pads as the standard turbo ?

Rich, that site you linked before - that shows the wheel combos is a dead good idea. Just not sure if they're to scale.

Cheers,

Wink

Just a tad off in the scale department if you ask me ( check out the Radius 18" )
Great idea though.

Daz, Paul, Pete,

I can't comment on the scale/accuracy of the 'wheel checker' site I linked to earlier.

It's a link I picked up some time ago on the BBS (I think).

I thought it might be of use for this discussion, though I think you're right about the wheels looking too big!
(I reckon the 17" look like 18" and the 18" look like 19/20"!!!)

Unhappy

It is not helped by the fact that the other wheels are more pushed up into the arch than the std and P1 rims, this in itself, will make the wheels appear bigger than they are.
