Not long until this thread gets locked now then, is it?
SOME HGV drivers are, in my experience the most selfish, pig-headed people imaginable. As has already been said, paying no regard for other road users whatsoever, etc. Already stated in previous posts.
SOME HGV drivers are the complete opposite.
The majority though, that I see during the course of my working week, think they rule the roads, and that they can do what they want. "I'm bigger than you" and all that.

Mickywrx under Shaggy's rules and interpretation you have just personally insulted him and need to be infracted/banned for having an opinion and making generalisation statements
How dare you

Trouble is also, that a lot of artic's are driven by drivers that are unfamiliar with our roads, how many accidents are caused by a European driver in a left handed wagon changing lanes and clipping someone in their blind-spot? or driving at unsafe speeds ? we ALL have our relevant H&S issues in our working lifes and try to push them slightly, its human nature after all, but given these type of circumstances, no wonder theres often tragic results

well done sonic
I have emailed the webmaster so im sure a decision will be made either way sooner or later
I stand by what I said and the actions I took! if its right that I am banned then fine, I will be asked to be banned permanantly because obviously I dont understand the rules relating to scoobynet anymore.

All I have said is that it is bit lame for chip getting banned when he hasn't insulted anyone directly
I dont believe the ban was justified and Ive put a thread in policy asking the mods/admin to look at it
If you have been banned as Shaggy then you should look at who has infracted you?

This has went well off topic. What Chip thought were his views, and will be echoed by many.
There are, in my experience, more inconsiderate HGV drivers than considerate ones.
Sonic - I wasn't going to PM you, then thought it better to. BTW it wasnt bang out of order. I don't wish to enter an argument with you about it.

Micky I felt it was
You clearly hadn't read my posts properly and in the context in which they were meant, or who they were directed at
Dont worry Im not going to get into an argument with you about it
But suggesting I be banned is a bit OTT and like I say Bang out of order when you don't know any of the facts

This is what I PM'd sonic:
Mate I dont know you, but TBH I think youre out of order asking someone that has SN+ satus to infract on your behalf.
Abuse of the system is abuse. Which if as you insinuate that you have done warrants a ban.
I won't be the one that does it though.
Micky
Nothing changed.

Simon as it happens yes it was that post
But to accuse me of actually doing it, and then suggesting I be banned for it is bang out of order
I know hectic of old, and it was soley directed at him, and also tongue in cheek hence the wink
But to suggest i be banned for it is bang out of order
