FHM have done a little review of this game in this months edition.
Looks pretty good to me. They reckon the city isn't quite as big as San Andreas but has alot more detail and most of the buildings can be entered and explored.
They have apparently removed all the Ammu-nation stores to make it a bit more interesting to get hold of weapons. You also don't HAVE to steal vehicles to get around, you can hail a cab and get them to take you to where you want to go, although you can still steal what you want!
The cops are apparently "smarter" in this edition and are a little harder to shake.
