i have learnt that death is the only thing i can guarentee in life - when it comes i just have to accept it
it may sound harsh but if your gran didnt fight it then maybe she knew it was time?
i lost my great grandmother to cancer when she was a very active 97, she was in bed and saw her brother (who died in WW1) stood at the door, she knew it was her time and went with a smile on her face
