Question

Yeah, I'm still interested. Can you remind me/us what the format of the evening will be - what is the minimum number of laps my £40 will get me etc.? I couldn't see 'Super Prix' on their website.

A friend *may* come as well...

Question

So Chris, has the magic 20 been reached, or are you going to be making yourself some confetti with our cheques?

Well I am guilty of not sending you a cheque, I am not 100% sure where I would have been that day plus I have never thought the super/grand/mini prix were good value IMHO.

How about arranging a meet there anyway and trying to do a couple of arrive and drives. These are a tenner for about 15-20 minutes. That way people can just turn up and get a go if there lucky...

Personally I could do without the prizes and all the other stuff, you can get lap times from them anyway...

Hi All

I have spoken to Indoor Karting centre (again!) as they have offered me a mini endurance evening as an alternative due to lack of numbers.

The cost will be £35 and we will have the track to ourselves for 1.5 hours. We will be teamed up in pairs. This will take place on the same evening (Wednesday 27th Feruary) but, will start at the earlier time of 7pm.

Please e-mail me asap if interested as there are only 10 places and the 6 individuals who have given deposits get first choice.

Chris

I am still interested in going karting. I think the turn-up-and-drive idea suggested by RichB sounds best as people who don't want to do the karting bit can come as well if you organise a meet there anyway - does the karting place have a bar?

There is a food bar but I don't know if alcohol is server, I would suspect not...
There is plenty of seating and room for spectators etc.
It can get a bit cold in there though so if family/friends are coming make sure they wram up warm

THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST

I will be contacting the 6 individuals who did put down deposits in due course to arrange an alternative event.

Sorry guys, pretty poor show.

Chris
