Any ideas what i could make the front splitter out of? or maybe cover it with something?
Also, the escort steering rack was power steering but ive disconnected it all as i dont need it but will it be ok to use a manual rack?

Lol yeah i saw Top Gear week
, the mdf is just a template i,ll be making it out of something else as soon as i decide how to do it.Not long now mate, i will be giving your bro a shout for the trailer soon if its still ok? Then we can go and test drive it.

Thanks James for last week for fitting my downpipe and the bit of welding work you did!!! I really appriciate the work you did to my car. John said that it was cold and there where a few little problems, but the car runs nice even better now.

well done on this project mate, as for the steering rack you would be better off using a non power steering rack from a mk5 escort OR a electric power steering pump from a peugeot as that is still fluid pump
