I don't know where your going wrong, you seem to be doing everything write?
Took around 5 times to get mine up there. I finally got the pics to upload after i X'd out of all the screens and started again???

If i were you i'd copy and paste them into "Paintshop" and spray over your numberplate and press X it will ask you if you want to save just click yes and re upload them and bingo! I've only learn't that the other day too!

Doesn't bother me that much..............got pulled for them and the Police couldn't find them on the data base even though the DVLA have said they exist!!!
