Ordered the LE from Sendit.com, still says being packed, guess it ships tomorrow... bloody annoying as its now likely to not arrive till Monday!

Good mind to go up Tesco tomorrow and get the LE from there, when the copy comes from Sendit I'll just get a refund on that one at Tesco!

Checked my online Tesco account...

"Dispatched by on Thursday 07 June 2007"

So apart from the poor English, hopefully it'll be there waiting for me when I get home tonight

I got the game and wheel yesterday from gameplay. I had a quick go last night and I have to say, I'm impressed with the game and the wheels force feedback. As I’ve only played for about an hr, it’s too early to tell if my £80 was well spent. But my initial impressions of the wheel are good

I have chosen Europe region and I've started out with a mini. I completed the 3 events (got gold) each with 3 races in the proving ground group without any hassle. First thing I did was give it the best air flow I could afford with my left over credits from buying the car. Now its striped out, racing brakes, engine, tyres and most importantly pimped out windows

I started with the Mini too, won a few K and think got to level 5 or 6 without having to dip my hand in my pocket yet.

Did play the Aracde Exhibition stuff all the way through, got golds everywhere for finishing first (used the 2005 Sti) but the progress says I've only done 95%. Can't see what else I'm meant to do. Still unlocked the Ring there

I put the code in that came with the LE and they were available in Arcade mode and to purchase in Career.

I've completely hammered my copy for the last day or so, 75% of me says it's a great game but i have a few gripes with it which are taking my enjoyment of it down a notch, the replays are crap, the freelook when driving in car is nowhere near as good as, say, PGR3 & TDU, if you have the misfortune of using a rear wheel drive car with big horsepower without the ESP on, and with the gamepad, it can get very frustrating as it's a barstard to control, more so when you lose it on the last corner of a 8 lap race as i did last night which takes me to my next gripe, there's no way that i've found to re-asign a setup to be the default, so everytime you want to drive a certain car that you've got a setup for you have to go into the setup screen and load it, which gets very annoying when it feels the need to put the car back to default after the last race

As with all 360 games it seems there will be a few things that I expect a small update may appear for in a short while...

Let's hope so, i didn't need any car setups early in the game, but you at least need uprated diffs in the rear wheel drive cars to tame the oversteer, becomes a pain to load up the settings at the start of every race

Just got mine from the local Tesco store..... £34.97.

I have just looked at a couple of reviews on the net and they all say the graphics are pants. Jaggies, jaggies & jaggies. Any comments?

Can't say that I've noticed any terrible jaggies (and that's on a 42" plasma), but the car textures etc aren't as pretty as the GTHD demo.

Personally I don't care. It's fast, handles well, and for me, it's the gameplay that counts

When I first saw the demo I was disappointed. But now I'm glad they opt'ed for 60fps instead of 30fps glory

Only time I notice the jaggies is when I'm on the starting grid.

I started out in an Audi TT. I got to level 5 in half an hour during my lunch break pretty easily, only finishing in 2nd place though on the AWD proving ground which is peeing me off, I want the prize car lol
