Ordered mine from Tesco as well, it clearly stated, 'order now for delivery on date of release'.
Shall be pee'd off if it doesn't come on Friday!

I could already buy my copy of the limited edition yesterday in a gamestore over here.

This game is nearly perfect !! My ratings are as follows (so far)..
Handling/Gameplay: 10/10
Sound: 8.5/10
Graphics: 8/10
Longevity: 10/10
Overall: 9/10

My limited edition arrived today from Game. Very impressed with the whole package, the book is great. Just need to get a chance to play it now

Just phoned Game, they aren't allowed to sell it before tomorrow even though they are allowed to send out pre orders early

I know mate but the thing that concerns me is the despatch date on my account says 8th June, that is not delivering it on day of release as promised. I'm on paternity leave from work, I need a Forza 2 fix between nappy changes!

Just checked on my Tesco order..

"Estimated dispatch date: Friday 08 June 2007"

Yet when you check on the game listing, it still says "order now for delivery on day of release".

Perhaps they send them out via the food delivery trucks?

Just called Tesco Direct's helpline, told them it was sold as delivered on day of release yet my account says not being posted until tomorrow. They said their mistake they are putting it in the post today for me to receive it tomorrow

I just got the same line from them .... fingers crossed. If it's not here with the post then I'll pop down town and buy it anyway.
