i gave him till friday (tomorrow) to have the cash in my account. Il check at 9am. If its not there then il call my solicitor to send the letter and action the court process...

Nothing yet mate. Court has been paid. Its in the hands of my solicitor now. I know this wee chav thinks because he is moving that i wont know his new address. Just as well the new freedom of inforamtion act has not long been passed.
