he is refunding me the cash. Apparently he managed to RE ROUTE the courier to take the parts home. He is sending the cash back special delivery tomorrow for delivery wednesday. Ive already contacted the police and given a statment and presented my evidence. As soon as my cash appears the charges will be dropped.

 

Forgot to say. His laptop is still broken for those who want to contact him with regards to parts

Hope you do get your money back, however I wouldnt hold your breath, he has previously told you he couldnt get the tracking number, yet he manages to get a courier to re route the goods back to him. (I have dealings with couriers on a day to day basis, this is very hard to do even with a consignment/tracking number)

Wouldnt be suprised if the "special dleivery" goes missing.

well time will tell. I just dont think he posted the goods. I have his house number and his address as i got his mother on the phone who shouted him and he came to the phone... I have his mobile numbers... at the last count i had 3...

Like i said the police are involved and my local copper is passing the details onto northumbria police who will investigate..... Special delivery should be turning up tomorrow.

yes mate. as of today the cheque he sent bounced. I am asking anyone who
knows this guy to tell him to get in touch. Its soo uncalled for, there is no reason to treat someone in this way and to hold someones cash. This is his address and phone numbers. Some people may think this is out of order but i certainly dont. Im over 400 miles away from this guy and he aint contactable.

Has anyone else been mucked about by this guy... The amount was £215.. due to charges from the unpaid cheque he now owes me £250. Im asking for some help...

still being a ***. I have contacted the police and i have had to take a note of all texts and calls made, what he said and his promises. Was promised a bank transfer into my spare account i have. That was over a week ago. Still no joy. Can someone knock his **** in for me..... saves me a journey...

Since the house, his parents, is up for sale he may not even live there now though.

hes now selling wheels on ebay off the car ive told ebay but still hes no been taken off?

 

got some cash back today but not it all. its obvious the guy just doesnt have it and is trying to fob me off.. went to the solicitors today. To book a court day is only £30.. BONUS.. I had to pay that up front but il get it back. I thought it was just a case of £1 per week forever but they can actually freeze his wages... Some headway at last...
