Wow the entire ITR forum has joined in the debate pmsl. Assuming a scoob owner is a boy racer is rich, considering i went to overtake an ITR a few months back in my van and he swerved across to stop me. Funnily enough he booted off, and i caught up with him at the junction and clapped him for his amazing efforts.
Maybe you should start a thread ITR vs Sprinter, the van definately quicker round a track. Better MPG, better looking, more practical........
If your sooo confident in your car why worry what i think?.

hey all,
First of all loving the banter on this topic, it always suprises me how people think that others are not entitled to their own opinion on car choices?
Chris your car looks really nice mate & glad to hear you are pleased with it.
Got a bit of a question. At the moment i drive a N' 306 TD as do 130 miles a day & have MY95 uk saloon turbo at home getting wet waiting to go up for sale.
However i maybe moving soon to much nearer work & thinking of a car change.
From what i've read & own opinion, i really like the DC2 & S2000. (at this stage not entirely sure of budget but looking newish DC2, then an early S2000 - under 10k)
So in people own opinions, what would they go for?

If you don't need 4 seat, get the s2000!
Can be a bit of a handful in the wet though.
I got my teg for £6500. Its a 98R, has full service history, standard apart from exhaust, came with a recent clutch change and has done 64000miles.
Atleast that gives you an idea of what you can get for the money.

I'm only 23, no kids & no wife, plus i wouldnt carry 4 in the integra anyway.
Well in that case for £7k i could get myself a v.nice DC2 & for £9-10k an old S2000?
Do quite like the idea of roof down though in the summer & RWD ???
But for that money is it worth getting an S2000? will i only get a dog? Plus i'll more than likely lose more money on it. But it is a v.nice highly rated car?
But then so it the DC2 ???
Hard

Hi Chris , thinking of changing my P1 for a mint standard Teg, what are they like on the motorway, say, how many revs at 80 in 5th? I know they're loud but the P1 isn't quiet but is it horrendous?
Changing due to running costs, still to be used as a weekend car but now do a fair few more miles on weekends.
Oh and lastly do you think a bicycle will fit in the back with the rear seats down?
Sorry for all the questions, hope you get a second to answer, Thanks

Have a look here mate. Managed to get round to my first week review.
https://www.scoobynet.com/other-marq...k-integra.html
The boot is fairly large and seats fold down easily. Mine does have a strut brace (optional factory extra) just behind the rear seats though. Easily removed if you undo the 4 bolts.
Noise wise, it is a little noisey due to it not having very much sound deadening, but its not stupidly loud.
70mph in 5th is around 4000rpm.
On the 200mile journey home after I bought her, I got 32mpg and that was with sitting at 90mph most of the time. And trying out the vtec 10 or 20 times!
