Of course you can't blame someone for cracking up. But you can blame them for sending letter bombs to innocents, which is completely unnacceptable in my book (and any decent human being will feel the same)

Just in the same way as it is totally unacceptable for someone to strap semtex to themselves and blow themselves up on a london tube because some tossers have agreed to fight a "war" in Iraq.
