I immediately took it off and put the standard kit back on and the car was running back up at 245BHP.
It is now sat in my loft waiting to go onto my car (when I can justify a remap, as it's £190 as I've already paid for the EcuTEK license).
When it was on my car it sounded fantastic, get it installed into the wing, get a remap and IMO your sorted.

Have mine sitting indoors, will be fitted along with a few other mods then remapped on the 1st
Strange that as i have known lots of people that have fitted caik without maps to newage, are you sure it was fitted 100% correctly

fitted mine today.
i'm such a kid i couldn't wait for the remap i've got planned in a couple of months time.
i'm not really the mechanic type but fitted it all in about 2 hours, thanks to the good instructions.
took it for a little drive but cos it was rush hour round my way can't say what the performance results feel like but it sounds great.
once i've had a good drive i'll let you know how it feels. very early impressions are that it might be slightly sapping some power but can't say for sure.
