So I take it then that M-tech kitted BMW's are fake BMW M style bodykit and alloys with roch hard suspension? fcukin idiot
And you say the R32 is good but the audi is avaergae handling when its on the same fookin chassis (and yet a s-line A3 is faster than the R32 and GTI golfs )
And the last sentence you dont understand because your as thick as a sack of horse ****

M Sport BMWs have body kits, interior mods to trim, different suspension to normal and sport models and different wheel/tyre combinations. No LSD
The suspension/wheels/tyres make what is already ( as acknowledged by all the motoring press and those who own them) a great driving car even better to drive, at the expense of ride - although the MSport cars generally ride better than the Sport models.
S Line Audis have, and I quote from Audi,
"Depending on the model and the S line package, the scope of equipment includes customised sports suspension, alloy wheels, sports seats, sports steering wheel, S line logos and much more"
Not sure what the "much more" is...
Which make a competent but dull to drive car into a better looking competent but dull to drive car with hard suspension, at the expense of ride.
Matteeboy - which R32 did you have? a Mk4 or Mk5 ?

Thanks for clearing that up - I wasn't actually sure what the S-Line kit involved but I was pretty sure the gearing was left alone (AL mentions the standard A3 3.2 has long gearing)!!
So it's basically harder suspension (not necessarily "better") and some nice looking bits - Hardly a transformation.
I had the mk4 R32 for just over a year - Great car, no problems with secure parking in London, moved to Bristol, it got done over twice in three days. Failed attempts at nicking the wheels but did a lot of damage. Searched frantically for a garage whilst hiding it at a mates, failed so sold it and got something invisible (the Astra). Total disaster at first but happy now.

The last R32 rocked, and this one sounds quite damn good.
The old S3 (210 PS) was more lively that the 'eco' 225 PS. I especially miss the old "S" badges, the ones on the new cars seem to be made for the masses, as usual.....anyway the new one sounds good, but the 1 series should not exist, it should be some kind of toy car in Legoland ffs! You have to be about that big to fit in it anyway!

Oh and when Audi used to sell the "S" versions before, they were just that: "S" cars, and had standard kit for the particular versions, be they S3, S4, S6, or S8.
Nowadays I see millions of A3, A4 etcs full os "S-line" kits, which is pathetic and shows how Audi have sold out, like you could say that all the other brands have done, but they seem to do it in a more tacky way, go figure.
Now they are going to come out with an RS3.....we'll see how that fares!
