Scum bags, well at least you got it back in one piece, sort of, but it would never be the same again with the car, knowing that them little scum bags have had thier hands on it, an kerbed it,
sorry to here about the news mate.
if you want something thats as tasty as a scoob then its gonna be as appealing to the scum as it is to you. you could change it for an rs4 and the same thing could happen again. sorry but thats the way it is.
i say never let them win. if your selling it because of them, then they are still winning.
keep the car cos you love it and increase security:
cctv, removeable steering wheel. get dog signs. get a dog keep the keys in a safe. get a removeable post in the driveway. wheelclamp. take battery off. etc etc

You would like to think that a 5dr estate car is less attractive to nick than a saloon, but it could be a good getaway car full of loot i suppose, but something like an S4 estate on you drive must be a lot less likely to be stolen, and they are great cars.
If you want fun get a Honda Accord Type R, just as fast as the Volvo 60R is handles much better. (yes i drove both at a Mira track day and the Honda waa consistetly putting in better lap times, ATR ~ 1306Kg, Volvo 1600kg)
ATR It was the best car i have even owned in terms of fun.
I still think the Honda ATR is still one of the best saloon cars in terms on handling (yes the scooby is faster in a straight line), but i miss the fun of the glue like handling and the skill it takes to get the most out of VTEC.
Also, it' s built like a merc! (mine was 4.5 years when i sold it and not a single rattle)
have a look, handles better than a civic Type R or lrc or any on a soft pup hatches (including the Ford ST by a mile) IMHO.
