Real... would not want a woman with fake ***** under normal circumstances.
I don't like the idea of people augmenting their bodies with implanents like this, unless ofcourse they have had some kind of reconstructive surgery.
Even though a quality set of fake ***** do look nice, they simply are not real, and I wouldn't be able to get that out of my head while enjoying them, that the fun bags in question were implanted bags of plastic jelly behind the scenes.
The nipples are more important to me than boob volume anyway...

real def... i felt only 2 fake ones,... 1 was cold, the other i can feel the silicone bits,. around them.. i thought it was lumps...difficult to explain to the woman...
