From a woman's point of view-

This is just my opinion, obviously I wouldn't know what fake ones feel like :lol1: and I can only comment on real ones coz I have a set myself.

Well I think fake boobs are not needed in alot of cases and people get it done to keep up the trend ie- following in the footsteps of celebs, it looks awful, for instance if there's a small built female who is obviously going to be small on top then goes and gets a set of G's planted on then she will just look :freak3: and most probably topple over or sway, I know some people are self concious and would have more self esteem with fake boobs, but why not go and do it a safer way, there's plenty more options out there than surgery now, and some celebs or normal people have had them removed because of complications, not just medical as in leaking or bursting but because the weight of them is too much for their normal frame, it's unhealthy all round.

Yes real boobs arent all that either, not all are perfect in size or shape etc but atleast there yours, I obviously have a different opinion if it is reconstructive surgery after someone has a masectomy, that is totally different, as that is still about feeling womanly and getting your dignity and esteem back.

But all this fake boob lark is just stupid, people can have confidence and make there boobs bigger without the need of surgery.

I'm not voting what is better as I don't go round feeling boobs and I can't even say real or fake, I'll just stick with my real ones ;)
