Which is why they have a massive lead in this poll
Cameron is more voteable than any other Conservative - but he is clearly not a Conservative thank god.
The Conservatives shot themselves in the foot long before Iraq was even a twinkle in the political eye.

As many voters won't have any idea of a specific party's manifesto it'll be purely a "housewives' favourite"
That's the whole reason the Conservatives have David Cameron. Spin and style, not substance and sincerity. If he gets in we're in once again for a shallow, agreeable-faced PM.

It seems that many have ignored the actual question to state who they would like to see win the next General Election.
Does it not seem likely that Brown or less likely that Reid will take oner as PM from Blair before the next G.E.?
