Thanks scoobychick
I must have been tired coz I didn't wake up til 11:30 this morning
hopefully when I see him next and tell him I had to come to his door he might start to realise, for all he knows people are knocking on his door about the noise and he wouldn't hear them if they did.
He has done other numerous things, not just his music, so he basically has no respect for anyone in what he does.

Thanks for the replies so far.

I'm off now to get a **** load of stuff done seeing as I've slept for most of the day!

If you hear of anyone in the Northumberland area barging in to someones house and proceeding to smash up any equipment that plays music in any shape or form, then it will most likely be me.

Guess what, yes it's me again!

I'm feeling so crap tonight I'm not well, aching all over, shivvering like mad with the heating on full, feeling sick, banging head and you've guessed it....................music nearly throwing me off the sofa!! I've been to his door again before and obviously it's a waste of time because he can't hear me!

I'm put off phoning anywhere coz obviously they aren't going to come out and find out, I'll be told to keep a log etc, I know it helps in the long run but it's a misery having to put up with it until then.

I'm on my own again tonight apart from my little one keep waking up! And I was so frustrated with it before I even was getting upset about it, sounds flippin stupid I know, but I dread weekends now coz I know I have that to put up with.

All I wanted to do was go to bed and sleep coz of feeling so ill but I'm not going to be able to do that

Sorry for the moan, I reckon I should go to an agony aunt!

I went away to bed, and was just getting to sleep when his music started through the walls about 20 mins ago So this time I went to the door and rang the doorbell until there was a break in the music and he came to the door.

His first words were 'I'll turn it down' (so he knew what I was there for)

So I then went on to tell him I had had enough of listening to music every weekend and that I have a child who gets woken up, he then tells me

'I'm never in'

So I replied with

'So the music plays itself then?'

He then steps out of the doorway and looks at me like crap

And I tell him that if he wants to get stroppy with me just like he has with our neighbour then he will be coming to my door to say anything, he proceeds to look at me like sh!te, then his mates start shouting, 'Invite her in'

My reply was 'I wouldn't want to come in to a house full of kn0bs like yous'

He then shut the door on me

sounds like a plan. il even make the journey up from scunny to newcastle in my mean bad *** diesel!!! will cost me 75p in running costs but worth the effort for a fellow s-netter.

seriously though, if say 10-15 totally different unknown faces appeared at his door say 10 minutes apart, and the said 10-15 people got taller wider and balder, then maybe this little ***** would start to get worried.

<imagining 15 people of varying size shape and hair manner arranging themselves like a police line up at julz1983 house>

try it though

Well I had a great nights sleep, as you can probs tell at the time I'm posting, I've just got up.

Good idea, have a line up outside and make as much noise as you can, a week night would be ideal as he works Mon-Fri

i had this

clampits move into the adjacent apartment block and then clampits mates move into the same block on the top floor.

pill munching party people hanging over the balconies 7am on a sat morning, music blasting.

clampits mate buys a kawasaki ninja motorbike with a stupid race can and starts messing about late at night "tuning" it. his mates turning up on motorcross bikes (knobbly tyres??) on the road, mopeds doing "tricks" in the car park etc etc.

he used to leave it outside with a chain on the front wheel, i passed his details onto my mate who loves motorbikes
bike seamed to disappear

bloke is a total scumbag, shouting, parties, i am not even in that block, although the 2 blocks share 1 wall, i am on the bottom floor, he is on the top and i can hear the music in my living room, i felt sorry for the people living next door to him and below him

anyway, he was booted out after approx 2 months due to "complaints"

original clampits have since became VERY low key and we never hear anything from them, bonus

Well I'm pleased to say that lastnight was the first Saturday night in ages where theres been no music and I managed to get loads of sleep, plus he had people round lastnight and the peace and quite was so good you could have heard a pin being dropped. Maybes I scared him having to go to his door after jumping out of bed and looking like sh!te, I may have looked like a crazed mad woman possessed

So I know it's early days, but for now I reckon he's been sorted

What me falling down the stairs

Its been going on for a few weeks, since he moved in. His chav mates come round and it starts. Spoke to neighbour who said hes had a word but no luck so I said I'd have a go but I'm nursing my injuries at the mo.

Perhaps going there bloodstained with an axe in my hand will help

Yes he might get the idea then. If it is getting out of hand then you must take some action to nip it in the bud.
