thats wierd.. that scene is remeniscent of one from when I was about 15. there was a black lad that hung around with us .we had grew up and known him for years.. he too was a 'skin' and we never paid any mind to the colour thing.. untill we were in leicester I think it was and got approached by a local skin gang.. he was given greif due to his colour and ended up beating several shades out of the biggest one in their mob...

Quality! Missed this thread first time. Shimy, Loved the film. Being 30 I'm at an age just where the nostalgia really makes the film for me. As said in the thread I started it's an instant classic and film of the year for me. Nice one

Nice one geeza, glad you liked the film! It's been a bit crazy since its been out with the press cause of how popular it's been, hardly had a minute to breath
I've got an Orange mobile phone advert out at the moment aswell, I burst a big baloon at the end...

I quite like that ad actually, the one with the girl was really annoying though!

I too watched it for the first time a couple of weeks back, really enjoyable. Bit of a sad story in a way but the way the film is just brings back memories from being a young kid.

a lot of people I've spoken to don't like or get the end... it's hard to watch but I think it makes the film. I wont put a spoiler here but I don't think a lot of people don't get what Combo's motivation is.

Yea thats the 1 mate, "Big haired Harry". They were filming that 1 with the girl just before they shot mine... She was a bit freaky to be honest.

The ending is kind of an open page, you kinda make of it what you want, i personaly think Combo is jealous of Milky and was probably hoping milky had the same bad back ground as him.

His father is Jamaican. when he's asking your character about his home life and what it's like etc He's insanely jealous because you've got all this things he wanted when growing up. His father will have left at a young age and it's his resentment to his fathers abandonment and infidelity with other women that leads him to the end of the film. That's my take after discussion it with a mate.

I still think the staring roll for me was when that nutter off Dirty Sanchez done you in the 1/4 mile in the TOTB III Vid - your face, Class..
