I needed to contact Em urgently and wanted to make sure I got her attention immediately she logged onto the board. Not everyone has the immediate notification switched on and I had no way of knowing whether she did or she didn't......
My other posts marked FAO "a number of people" have been attempts to extract money from people who didn't seem to be reacting to posts on the correct thread.
I'm sorry if they have irritated you (or anyone else) in some way as that was never the intention. My posts were genuine attempts to get peoples attention. It would help (a lot) if people actually subscribed to a thread about a trip that they were intending to go on. That way they would be notified about my requests.
In any event, the posts are brief, transitory and clearly marked for the attention of the person concerned why are you reading them

No Mate as I said in the orginal post this was not a dig at anyone in particular
It happened with corners a while back it just got silly as everybody was doing it
It just needed highlighting to all [btw had a similar problem on sidc site and ended up deleting them all ]
