does anyone know...
2002 (bugeye!) wrx with morrette conversion.
if i wanted dim and headlights would i require 2 sets?
would they fit with the morrette conversion?
if i wanted full beam aswell would i require a third set??

If your dip beam and full beam are the same bulb, then you would need the bi-xenon... however I'm pretty sure you have separate bulbs for dips and full beam in which case you will require 2 kits if you wish to have HID in both - you get a £5 discount if you order 2 kits.
ps: everyone waiting on an answer to prev question on spots not working, I'm still waiting for a reply on that one and will chase it up until I get an answer!

"If the spots don't work and its because it runs off the same connection as the main beam, then you may need to rewire the spots to work off another switch. If there are other lights running off the HID system such as daytime running lights or fog lights (spots) then these will be disabled automatically by the HID system. A new switch for the spots may be needed."
Not ideal, but it looks like more wire cutting and routing... I cant imagine whats involved in doing this, but it does seem someone with a bit of electrical car wiring know how needs consulting?
Or is it just as simple as running wires from spots directly to the spot switch in the car? Surely it must have to go thru a relay?

I am asuming that the driving lights (fog light) are the Subaru PIAA jobbies like the ones on the RB5. So the normal OEM Foglights are ok and still work regardless?

Where do these get shipped from?
I recieved a call at work today from TNT saying a shipment of theirs from CHINA had been delayed and apologised my package would be another 2-3 days. I only ordered the HID's on the 2nd and thought they came from Canada ?
Only other thing i have ordered is a Dish Washer arriving tomorrow and is not coming from China.

Yeah you could be right on that one Darren... it would make sense. Maybe a bit of feedback from those having trouble as to whether or not you lot are running the PIAA spots that only come on with full beam??
We'll wait for some answers and go from there
...So you can't switch from diped to main beam???

With the bi-xenon kit, you get diped and full beam (i have a classic with one bulb). So people that have the PIAA driving lights, that have fitted this bi-xenon kit can't get the PIAA driving lights/fog lights to work when the swtich on there main beam. Is this correct?

I'm glad to see everyone is getting their kits delivered rapidly! 
Genuine Autos really are a top motch operation and if any of you need replacement bulbs etc they will have them out to you in a flash!
I'm dunno if I deserve a medal for this GB... but an extra special discount on my kits when I place the order would be sweet!

Talk to Genuine Autos and say something along the lines of..." As I am the orgainiser for the GB, perhpas I coould get a discount ontop of the price already for the HID kits" worth a shot.

Finally ordered my kits 2day... took me way too long to get the cash 2gether... anyway I have a big smile on my face now and when I get the knock from Mr Postman in a few days it'll be even bigger!!! 
Gone for the 12000k for my dips and spots... will post pics once fitted!
Also got a price on spare bulbs... £50 per bulb delivered.

BOB - I've got the 8000K one's fitted so if you have any of them spare in H1 fitment at a good price i would be very interested!! Drop me a PM if we can do a deal
Finally got around to fitting mine this afternoon and just got back from a quick blast in the dark to test them and i am totally amazed at the difference in light output. If 6000k bulbs put out more than the 8000k's i have they must make it seem like daylight
Best money i have spent in a long time and just in time for the dark months ahead!!
